I have 55k CDR and lvl 4 vortex mimirs spring, and everything else however sometimes it doesn't work at all. It just has normal cool downs

You can spam any of your skills when mimir's spring, time expansion, and vortex is activated. It won't be as fast as time lock though.

using cdr buff in liberty and tide along with mimir's spring, vortex, and time expanison will allow azure and time lock to have no cd for a bit

Is it possible if you don't have vortex? But you have another soul dancer who will link to you and use light beacon as well as time expansion?

Vortex is a must. Light beacon's mimirs spring effect does not stack, same with time expansion.

it is possible, i was doing it without vortex in pvp matches, you just have to pop your LB at same time as another SD and you can spam time lock but it rarely happens...

No, It has low damage. I have 350k+ ratings. To an average player, It will not damage as high like in the video.

@@KillSwitch.Playground Time Lock does more damage than both Iceglare shock and Phase shock. That is literally the highest damaging combo an SD can deal in short period of time.
