Quick tip: the waiter is time sensitive. Go at 11 am in game time. Also, most things that influence your personality are completely up to you. I picked different options all the time because I’m building up my jungle lord stats, and it always works. In some cases, it’s actually quicker than the other options (for instance you only have to give him one drink for him to tell about the zombies, and on another quest “the dome,” you don’t have to go all the way to Siberia harbor if you chose to kill the dragon servitor right off the bat). I took the risk for you guys, and it’s worth it. ❤️

Thank you!! The waiter part I got the interaction at 11am in game time. The empty box when I first use it, it doesn't give the empty vial so I just repeated clicking the trash until I got the empty box again and until the empty box gave me the empty vial.

It's 11AM game time regardless of your level. I've been trying all the suggested time here and only 11AM worked. I also encountered a problem when using the junk box. On the first try, it didn't gave me the vial so I had to go back to Chizuru and get another one. Just repeat searching until you get the 2nd junk box and it will give you the vial
