A simple guide on how to find the elven town, Sacred Arbor. Following the questline started in the city of Vernworth, an elven archer named Glyndwr will take you to the elven town, where you can find elven weapon smith and armorer. The first quest is called Gift of the Bow, after which you will be able to start the quest A Trial of Archery. For your efforts you'll receive a nice bow, a portcrystal, and a lot of gold.

Quick tip on Woodland Wordsmith: You can gift the Innkeeper 3 bouquet's of flowers or a necklace and she will give you the tome for your Pawn.

I've gave her 4 bunches of flowers now but haven't received it lol, does it show up as a dialogue option?

@@kingaragorn1416 You have to do it over the course of 3 days. There is a bench in that area you can rest at after giving each boutique.

Just a reminder: if you cant find him again in the town to do the 2nd quest, go straight to morgue. Then revive him.

Ran around found 5 lizards killed them cyclops saw me killed him then A MOTHER FUCKING GRIFFIN CAME ALONG and I died but got back up and fuck em up this game is crazy

Nah fr bro, I took the illegal route behind the Battahl border while it was raining, and I MEAN RAINING, so hard you could barely see 10 feet ahead. At some point I come upon some greek looking ruins and a Minotaur comes charging through the haze, knocks me on my ass but I manage to kill it... and then a Chimera pounces on me as I'm trying to reach a chest, forces me to use a wakestone but it's cool, we kill it... and then as I'm exiting the ruins ANOTHER MINOTAUR jumps out of a corner and we have to fight it in a pretty narrow area. The fact that it was raining the whole time and I just so happened to have hired a pawn with both lightning and ice affinity was god tier luck, and even then I was on like 25% hp by the end of it. 😆

the rescue of the sister was bugged for me. Ogre dropped the sister under the map so i got pissed and killed the father and her brother and left the elven village after picking up my staff

Do I need to be an archer for this quest? When talking for warrior, he tells me that he has nothing to shoot with

I have no idea. I have not tested this with any other character. Considering you must shoot arrows in this quest, I'd imagine yes. I would assume there would be something else available with other vocations.

I believe so. I was just now talking to him and i had a bow in my inventory and he still said that line

I'm playing as fighter or warrior and I was able to give him the fluted bow. He told me to meet him at a house after dark I haven't gone to see yet though. I hope I didn't mess it up

So from what I've read you can start the quest with being Archer aka giving him a bow is fine and dandy but he's gonna so ask you to show your skill so he can compare and learn from you at that point I think you need to be Archer naturally beyond that idk if u can switch out and not miss anything since I even ended up getting Maisters skills while not being thief so maybe class doesn't matter after the showcasing? XD its gonna take a few people to answer forsure

Did this initial quest. Forgot to save. Got back in the city and accidentally sold my weapon. Loaded save and lost the whole quest…well, here I go again… 😂

I have question , do i have to be Archer all the quest line or i can be any vocation after show him to shoot target ?

I think you need to be an archer only for the section where you need to show him how to shoot. Other than that, I'm sure any vocation will do. Buying the archer vocation is very cheap and easy.

HELP!!!! I failed the escort quest because I didn’t realize that it was for the master’s teaching. Glyndwr is no longer following me and nowhere to be found. Can I still get the heavenly shot?

@@souljabooyy255 hiii.. I got it now. What you need to do is go back to the ruin where you guys had your first training. Engage a fight with the Chimera and he will pop out and help. When you’re done, try to talk to him. Then go back to elf village to talk to her sister and their father will talk to you to give it. Rest in your house and you’ll have the escort quedt again

@@dream_myking i had this happen to me, i had the chimera aggro'd on me, i was trying to run away, and when i ran up that branch that leads to the campsite, he aggro'd the chimera and then fell into the water......

I had a timed quest not missing earlier. In quests tab it flashes an hourglass symbol

It's not timed but I'd also not progress story to far so you finish this since idk if you'll be locked out of it if u do I did this questline in one go since I'm an Archer main I was driven to get all the goods 🎉
