With all the sht Capcom throw to this game today on pc i really wonder how limited this game is on PS5, can even be play offline?

It should be fine offline. Contrary to popular belief the character creation is all saved locally, and the microtransactions are all treated as standard DLC, so there shouldn’t be any online requirements for those either
