To all those that diminishes the power of Deathwing. Consider this, this was the strongest boss in any expansion. There is no end raid boss that required TWO ENCOUNTERS to be defeated. Its only Blizz fault that they fuked up with the Cataclysm expansion. Deathwing was a great villain

DefiantBoris Ofcourse, to be honest, the inspiration for each person comes from what they find most favorable to them, I think Deathwing was blanketed by how bad dragon soul was, people automatically thought he was one of the worst bosses, but Even the lich king, I loved his superiority not the raid. Wrath gate with the alliance and the horde is one of favorite epic scenes ever.

Fun fact: Michael McConnohie, the guy who voices Deathwing, is also the voice actor for Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo's narrator and Bopatchiggler. Yes. The guy who voices one of the silliest sounding characters in animation also happens to voice one of the scariest dragon villains out there.

Deathwing deserves more respect, he was probabbly multi-continent-moon level powerhouse. To this day one of the strongest beings we faced. Basicaly Only bosses we fought stronger than him powerscaling wise would be titans- Agrammar and argus+Denathrius and Jailer, Nzoth+other old gods obviously, and KJ+Archimonde as they are both stated to be planet busters in the lore. Like legit Deathwing would stomp Lich king, Azhara, Ghuun, Empowered Garosh etc.
