Thank you. I also look for repeating tutorials so i don't have to constantly go back. lol. Check out looptube.io/ It's excellent!!!! Tust me. Paste a youtube video into it, and it you can infinitely loop a section, and slow it down. I learned so many moves this way, just watching people flow (no tuts) lol

I have a question, I was attempting this andwas afraid the staff would hit me in the face plus the friction around my armpit didnt feel that good. Are these to be expected? Also, my staff is wrapped in silicone. Would this trick be better done with goat grip? TY👏
