Fun fact about the country-sounding narrators during the final fight: the first few lines were done by Marc Swint, while the last line (the one who complains about TFS not trying after season 2) was done by DJSexidillionaire. The latter is a pseudonym for Chris Sabat, the voice actor for Piccolo & Vegeta in the official DBZ dubs.

For reference 17 & 18 were teens when Gero kidnapped them and turned them into androids. It took him a few years to perfect them. When he wakes them up they are about 19-20 in human years.

I'm glad you two had so much fun! This is a movie that I did not remember much of the first time I watched it but the more I see it, the more I like it, it's just so well paced, and the relentless jokes HIT, honestly one of my favourites from TFS nowadays!

I love that Vegeta evolved his dog treat bit into throwing them at enemies he decapitates Trunks’s “monday to friday” line is a reference to how they censored one of Sam Jackson’s lines in Snakes on a Plane for tv Kami and Nail’s lines are from a different parody called Piccolo Lays a Beating by WTS Dubs The second narrator was Chris Sabat! The actual english VA for Vegeta and Piccolo and others! Kaiser said that their personal canon is that this movie takes place in an alternate timeline where the Z Fighters defeated the androids and Cell never showed up from the future

This gotta be my favourite of the abridged movies. So dang funny! Especially Picollo's entrance and cutaway gags! The boom-chica-ah bit beingfunny on it's own, but it also being a reference to an earlier abridged version of this same movie by different group of abridgers, one of which is now a member of team fourstar who voices Kami in Picollo's head. It's just poetically funny

I could be wrong, but I heard that TFS made the voice for Android 14 by taking image files, turning them into audio files, and then using that. That’s why it’s so grating on the ears. I also heard the used an image of George Bush to make the voice line of “Jet fuel can’t melt steel beams.”

The androids were all pretty much based off of different American racial stereotypes, for examples android 15 is meant to be African American, android 14 is native American and android 13 is rural white American.

In case you ladies were still confused by the scene with the adult version of Gohan: That was his younger brother Goten that got erased. Chichi wasn't pregnant with him until a few days before the Cell Games. And since this film is supposed to take place before that, the implication is that Goku got punched in the balls so hard that he lost the inability to reproduce or make kids. Hence Goten fading out of existence
