Also wdl and dk have same amount of turns 30 only diff is about 1min real time since manual gearswap Is wdl really bad here compared to dk?

DK gets extra res to IE's elements than it usually gets since they deal Good/Evil so you're already performing above its average performance here

It's more about the bonus than the good/evil res. WDL gets shafted by Hatir's MPM coinflips because the class has no good source of bonus, so you're forced to stall out if you get unlucky and don't have Scout off cooldown But more importantly, low turn count is not indicative of a good matchup
