Eyes: Dumbell Eyes or Plastic {Dark}
Thread: Strong, like Veevus G.S.P+ 50 Denier {Black or Olive}

For an easy sculpin patters I wrap a marabou feather after I tail it on and twist marabou up 2/3 of hook. This builds a tapered body. Then use deer hair to build head clouser style with eyes. Nice little suize 6-8 fly. 4-5 minute tie Search Schenk's Sculpin on youtube

That tail action would be great on hex nymph. I live close to Lake Erie in Ohio. The hex hatch is so heavy it shows up on Doppler radar. I may try to dampen plume to make it easier to handle

Oh, I saw these events with closed bridges. It's spectacular. But is it good for fishing, with so many insects on water?

@@bkbretislavkaspar-flyfishi1502 It occurs in middle of lake in 20/30 m deep. In one of the Fniger Lakes they have a size 14 white mayfly hatch on Father's day in June. Lake trout and cat fish can be caught with dry flies. Up state NY

I use now more often little foam eyes for stillwater in combination with a fully sinking line of course. For stream fishing use these dumbell eyes, but its more like swinging the fly and ad a lot of action to a fly, so than it moves and rotates in ale direction.

Dude, turn the vise and your body to face the camera so we can see you work. When you put the camera to the side, you block the action. Many thanks

Instructions value is 5 but your hands block the camera and thus the video value is 2. Put the camera on the other side and redo the video without your hands blocking the fly.
