Great film. Looks like good fun. What speeds do you average under sail?

Ballsy boat for ballsy people. A boat that can flip and Baltic/North Sea waters that can kill quickly from hyperthermia. Looks fun as hell though.

Thank you guys for posting !!! Question: what are your opinions on this Dragonfly for BlueWater sailing ? Thank you. ZT
@birtefilms7 жыл бұрын
The Dragonfly 28 has a CE-Category B which means it is safe for up to 8 Bft. windspeed and 4 m wave hight. It has a Payload (incl. crew) of 725 kgs. That is not an awful lot if you want to do bluewater sailing. We will not use it for bluewater sailing but are on the lookout for a larger trimaran. Ideally one that combines some creatures comfort with good sailing abilities ;) That's why we tried out the Neel trimaran.

Who makes your boat?

These people have a Dragonfly 28 Sport. Its a trimaran. Basically a regular sailboat but with the extra outside hulls its a helluva lot more stable in high winds. And yes, you can store stuff in them :) These are awesome boats. Check out the Dragonfly 35 Ultimate. WOW!
