I already knew of the band for several of their singles before knowing TTFAF was the big bad song of GH3, and once I learned that I tried as hard as I could to buy every game they had music on. It's a shame that DLC tracks like Operation Ground and Pound and Revolution Deathsquad were impssible for me to own with only a PS2 and a Wii.

Hey DragonForce, big fan of this song from near the time it originally launched even though I was never into plastic guitars. Something weird happened to me in recent years where suddenly I was unable to listen to any music without my body going into a panic like I was about to be attacked. I tried many different types of music and nothing worked. Imagine my surprise in the last month when this song actually made my body relax. The first song I have been able to listen to in several years. I always thought this was bad ass but I never appreciated how actually beautiful the melodies were. Now I am slowly being able to listen to some music again thanks to this masterpiece and my playlist is full of DragonForce like it was all those years ago. Thank you DragonForce for being awesome!

There's plenty of ways to find the songs released on music games which have the vocal track separate, and turn them off before playing in a Practice Mode.

@@Destroyah5000 Well, yeah, but songs that are only in Guitar Hero 3, like Heroes of Our time and Revolution Deathsquad, don't have such options. You can only turn off some tracks, but then you'll only get a guitar only or rhythm only track. If it's an instrumental, well, it sounds distorted since there's no official way to remove the vocals. Only way for an official instrumental is to ask the artist behind the master tracks, which I think is only possible for the game developers so far.
