As a mileena main, I need that straight jacket skin I still find it weird how in chapter 1 when you fight scorpion. Subzero has Kameo subzero moves and fatal blow. But everytime we fight subzero with Scorpion, he doesn’t have Kameo scorpion moves. I know in universe it wouldn’t make sense, but it would still be cool to have them as skins since we’re getting a deception skin for Kuai Liang scorpion

Because kameo Scorpion for most of his moves and even in his fatal blow has the dual swords and the flaming skull things that current Scorpion doesn’t have Sub Zero’s kameo on the other hand has no moves that current Sub Zero can’t do

They're called "Order Of Darkness" and will be released as seasonal bosses or Titan Battles...or simply put on the shop. We will never know. There is seasonal skins of the OoD costumes but if you're wanting original color pallets then you're just gonna have to wait.

Notice how in MK1's story mode, Kitana addresses Liu Kang as a demigod when he reveals he created the new timeline while she knows that he's the God of Fire and Protector of Earth realm. "*You* created the realms...? Is your mind addled, demigod?"
