So are rune stats weighted? Like by default it's more likely to upgrade flat attack than attack%? Has com2us ever explained the rates for rune upgrades?

for subtats it's even chance across the board, just as likely to roll one as the rest. Chance to roll 4x speed for example is 1:4 x 1:4 x 1:4 x 1:4 or 1:4^4 a.k.a. 1:256. This means it would on AVERAGE be 256 legendary runes that have speed to roll quad speed one one rune. Someone years ago posted data for it on reddit, he levelled something like 1,000 runes and documented each one.

I quit SW in 2020. I played for 2 over years. I've summoned over 130 L/D scrolls and never gotten a single lightning. The only L/D I've got on my account are the 4* from the HoH. I probably spent $1000 or more on packs over the years and I finished ToaH. But the lack of L/D killed it for me. Maybe my account is broken. But I'm not putting in any more time.

Anduril 3rd skill is very good against Miho, Rina, Camilla, Jultan and any monster that reacted towards crit rate. Since his 3rd skill always land as crushing hit, it didn't matter if it against fire monster or not.

Instead of asking why don't you just use a google search? there is so many guides on the internet and i can see that you're just lazy, otherwise you'd prolly have noticed that Bagel has guides for that content. Besides if you cannot get past Level 2 then you're Still waaaaaaaaaaaaay too weak for dimensional hole, since that can be cleared even with 3star monsters if you have Semi-garbage runes. So my recommendation would be. FARM MORE RUNES

Bagel’s guide on Inugami DH doesn’t even include rune stats and requirements, so that’s not even useful. “Semi-garbage” is also an unclear term for other players, especially new ones, so saying that’s all they need is just as useful as saying “play more.” No need to be rude if you’re not intending to actually help the person.

Ah, Isis is a sad LD5. I have Lora who is in the same boat - usable but not stellar. Cheongpung though, that's a great pull. Not that RTA is a focus at level 43, but the utility he brings to ToA and labs is huge. So much easier to do content if the enemy waves never move!

Nonono you are forgetting something here. The DoT Debuffs! The dragon grows stronger the more you have on you and they do a good amount of chip damage themselves even if the dragon doesn't attack. And if he was using Bella instead of lulu they would keep stacking and stacking getting him oneshot by a dragon attack, and there is no way to outheal a oneshot.

best place to farm inugami skills up is garen forest BOSS level 3% drop rate, non boss stages 2% no other 3 stars to cut drop % in half.
