Dragons rising ending has me excited for season 2 I also hope season 2 will focus on developing the new characters mostly Arin and Sora. I’m also so happy that this feels separate from the original series and I hope they stick to this for the entire series.

I love this season. The new characters are really great and the legacy characters got respected well. Jay and Cole's amount of screentime doesn't really bother me. Sora's story was amazing and Arin and Wyldfyre have potential for amazing stories as well. The last few eps also made Kai my 2nd fav ninja. I sort of wish a few mysteries were solved but I understand that they're building up excitement for the future seasons. I really like the side characters as well. I'm excited to see what the next seasons have in store. 9.5/10 season 2nd place in my season ranking

I loved the Cole story,it was fantastic the writers fully get his character,I personally don't mind seeing him as often nowadays when everytime he s around something interesting happens,Sora is also really well written as well, About the rest of the ninja,I guess they're building up a jay arc that would get him out of the comic relief and it's good,Nya zane and kai are the same with over exaggerated personalities yes a first season can't fix everything all at once and I hope they all improve,And about Lloyd, definitely a lot of improvement from the past wildbrain area but it doesn't fully understand Lloyd, There's a side to Lloyd s trauma showed in Splinter in the blind man s eye that writers always forget good fir a furst season not great,Lloyd is just so deep of a character and with good writing you csn explore him a lot more,Arin is good so far and has room for a lot development, As of the world,I don't know how to feel about the source dragons,the point of masters of spinjitzu was balance and in the new show there are these god like dragons on the good side,what i mean is the conflict between good snd evil doesn't matter anymore when good will always be stronger(the source oni is not introduced yet,if it's ever going to be), somethings like the prophecy of the green Ninja are being felt as small or insignificant I don't mean they should focus on it the entire show but I don't like being shown as "just another day in Ninjago",I like how they respect the history of the show and attention to detail,there are near endless possibilities for the future if ninjago and I am happy for it,I just hope we would have stupid humour reduced and of course better paceing,I also believe the show needs to be more serious I don't mean as edgy as SOG just not that light, Overall thoughts: positive My most concern is for this show to be cancelled,the sets are not good and overly expensive,i didn't see it get new fans into the show so we OGs are basically the only audience and do I even need to talk about Ninjago marketing? This show has do much potential and seems to be satisfying so far to get cancelled

Dragons rising is a massive breath of fresh air after Crystallized. It’s not perfect but it is a massive improvement. However, I have one big a problem with it. My biggest problem with dragons rising is the entirety of the last djinn. The entire thing just feels like one massive blue balling for Skybound fans and the entire episode is just a massive missed opportunity. Nya literally having no reaction to seeing another djinn is super weird and makes no sense for her character. She doesn’t even mention Skybound at all. The events of Skybound have a literally never been mentioned in the show since season 6. This was the perfect time to finally talk about it but for whatever reason the writers just decided not to even though this was the perfect opportunity. The episode also makes wish magic even more confusing. This episode is one of the most disappointing things I have ever watched. As a episode its ok I guess but it could’ve been so much more. I’ve heard people say the writers must have not wanted the characters to talk about Skybound because they didn’t wanna alienate new viewers but that makes literally no sense. Who starts a show on season 16 (yes I know it’s a new series, but it still continues the story of the previous series and anybody that starts with dragons rising before watching the previous series will be very confused). Dragons rising doesn’t even explain who jay is. New viewers are going to be confused no matter what. Things like Nya having literally no reaction to seeing another djinn despite literally dying because of one is just a bad writing and it’s one of the most disappointing things I’ve ever seen in the show

@@DailyRoLord just past your dissapointment for Ras being from the Wyldness Ras does not belong from Chima I want Chima in DR but Ras isn't the right connection a black tiger with pink stripes Chima went with Irl designs for characters like a nature documentary rather than fantasy genre?
