Peacocks are so beautiful. There are so many beautiful cakes already out there, but I wanted to share this tutorial from class earlier this year.

You will need:
400g sugarpaste
120g saracino pasta model white
6 double sided medium seed head stamen,
Gel colours: Fractal Color: Azure blue, orange, vivid red, sugarflair: sky blue, royal blue, navy blue. Rainbow dust: caramel/ivory
Dust colours: Squires Kitchen vine green, Sugarflair: antique gold, gooseberry, Rainbow dust: peacock blue, Fractal Colors: Viola, black
PME modelling tools
edible glue and glue brush
cornflour puff
non stick work board
rose petal veiner
rose petal cutters: 1.75, 2, 3, 4, 5cms
scalpel
palette knife
Cakes used are 4" and 6" round on a 10" round cake drum.
