Looks like a nice tent. I like the side opening doors on both sides much better than a front entrance that you have to crawl into. One downside is that you can't access that foot end vestibule from inside the tent. Looks roomy, especially for a smaller person such as yourself. You'll be able to bring all your gear inside with you, a larger person may find it cramped if they bring everything inside. The headroom is great. Being able to sit up fully/ kneel in a tent is a game changer. It makes getting dressed/undressed, packed/unpacked, and organizing so much easier when you are not confined to just laying on your side or back. I'd say you got yourself a sweet little shelter. The camo pattern is cool and $125 is a nice price point. I hope you do a follow up review after you've camped out in it a few times. The true test of any shelter is spending a cold, rainy, windy night hunkered down in it for 12 hours. If you are still comfortable and happy after that, then you know you made a great purchase.

I love this tent and will be using it. This was a first impressions review so I’ll definitely be testing it out further in a real camping situation. Rain test reviews are linked in my pinned comment from other KZbinrs but I’ll see for myself. Im going to change out the guy lines and zipper pull chords to a more muted natural color as well. The founder of this company is 6 foot 3 and can comfortably sit up in it so for my short a**, it’s a mini palace, lol. Thank you for checking it out, have a great week 🙂

That has to be the roomiest one person tent I've seen! The one-persons I have seen in the past have room for one alright, a sardine! I'm glad to see there's a tent manufacturer that didn't build the stuff sack around the tent too! In addition to the room, being able to enter and exit on either side is one of my favorite features. I also like the color coding of the rain fly. It makes it a lot faster to put it on in the middle of the night when a thunderstorm pops up unexpectedly. Not that I've ever done that before as I have said previously, just to be clear! 😆 Great review of a great product! Merry Christmas Marlo! 👊🎄✝

I like your videos and reviews. Great job. Keep it up. I just wanted to let you know I pulled the trigger on this tent based on your review. I looked at probably a hundred tents on Amazon. I can't wait to try this thing out. My main reason was for this to act as an inner tent to the Onetigris Conifer and Northgaze when I bring the dogs out with me. This tent looks awesome and for the price point supercedes others like the Snugpak ionosphere, Geertop, Hike n Bike, and others. I was super excited that it had 2 entrances. There is a company in Poland called Bushman and they make similar for about 200 bucks. What would put this tent far above all the others would be for a third door at the head of the tent allowing for entry if tarp tenting is to be used in types of tarps that a tent is made. I can't wait to throw this thing under my Freesoldier tarp or my DD Hammocks 4x4. Again thanks for the review. There were only 2 left on Amazon and I got one of them.

Oh wow.. so glad to hear there was a couple left. The owner, Kevin.. had listed 20 more tents and it’s almost sold out again. This is similar to the Geertop but higher quality. I also have the FreeSoldier tarp and it has never failed or leaked or had any issues at all. Im happy you decided to get this tent.. let me know how you like it and I hope it serves you well out there.

To be honest, my pack weight varies constantly since I edit to suit what I’m doing for each trip. I never carry the exact items on each adventure. Im not an ultralight backpacker by any means so my carry weight constantly changes. I pack what I want to bring and if it’s comfortable on my back.. I’m good to go. I never weigh a thing. Bring whatever you want out there and as long as you can handle it, it’s all good 😉 good to hear you’re getting out there and thats the most important thing my friend. i just happened to find you by accident and i completely enjoyed your your video and your walkthrough.. i agree with you that had room at the 1 end is a big positive.. let me ask you is there anything that you would change on it? obviously i have not tried it but just looking at it i would think if they made the top just a little bit wider it might be a little more roomier and especially if it rains--a little less chance of water dripping in as you enter and exit.. what do you think? where are you located? have you had a chance to use it and what were your feelings with actual use? 1 thing i'm curious--there is that camouflage rain shield over the top--is there an option to have that left open so there is a little overhang outside the door so if you were inside the rain would wash over the outside and away from the door so you could have it open for ventilation and being able to see outside? i think you did an excellent job in your review.. i also think that other manufacturers who look at your review could even build on the idea a higher head side.. being able to sit up is a huge deal.. last question for you.. you said you are 5' 2 and you look kind of thin--when i was watching the video it looked like there was quite a bit of room on either side of you.. do you think there would be room for 2 people to sleep in that tent even though it might be kind of tight? let's say if a couple had a oversized sleeping bag built for 2.. do you think you could lay side-by-side on your back or stomach next to each other? or do you think that might be pressing it comfort wise? thanks for your review again it was very interesting and just curious if it held up well in a windy situation.. what state are you in? have a great day

This is designed for 1 person only. This tent is bivy style which is great for wild camping or any camping really. I must say, the style of this tent is very nice! BUT...there are a couple of things that is preventing me from buying this tent: 1 - In my opinion, I think the height of it is too high for stealth camping and 2 - If only the HH on this tent was 5000, it would've been worth-while buying, but HH2000 for the floor and HH2500 for the fly, is on the low side when it comes to being waterproof. If they had only made it HH5000, I might've considered buying one. The thought of waking up to water leaks and wet bedding gives me anxiety! I think I'll stick with the snugpak ionosphere...lower in height, more floor space and both HH5000 for floor and fly. Great video though! ☺

I don't like how none compact it is. Why cant companies make a stuffsack that can compress small enough to actually fit inside your bag. They advertise this as a hunting, camping, bug out bag tent but how does it hold up to heavy rain and winds? However i love the brushstroke camo and the low profile of the tent.
