Bryon Haskon it won't, and for a simple reason. The mustang is wayyy more aerodynamic than the jeep, and at high speeds, drag coefficient really matters.

All that matters is in the real world the SRT would have made the stoplight drag race pass on the Stang and all the rest of them. Indicator signaling lane change and back end of SRT. That's the only win that counts.

I'm not an expert so don't take my word for this but if you are looking for a ride with more space and in my opinion, better sound, I'd take the Jeep but if you want a classic turned supercar I'd take the GT500 :)

Forget this mid 2000's model (Which is superb and this video is about performance but oh well) have you driven a 2014 SRT8 Cherokee? Beautiful interior, exterior and will have a 0-60 time under 4 seconds in a year or so.

in case you didn't notice, all of the cars were tweaked. That's why it says stage 2 beside them. Only the mustang was stock. If you can call a supercharged 600 plus hp factory tuner stock.

True, but that's the new SRT8, which is a beast in every way and can now be truly compared to its German rivals. This previous generation SRT8 (as seen in the video) would lose in every way to the GTS. I'm glad though that Jeep/SRT8 has stepped up their game because they have done great with this new SUV

1:The Jeep is obviously modified,as you can see on the sound,as no maker would make such loud cars. 2:If you look at the end the M6's speed was grater then the Jeep's so stock with stock engine,he would have been at the start line when M6 finish plus the gap remained from the start,thats a shifting problem not a power,as even modified the Jeeps slower so unmodified it wont stand a chance.Plus the Euro cars drivers are American,making them biased.Put a BMW and Porsche test driver in them not US

Thats not a 2012 model Mustang, thats no newer than probably 2009 before the facelift, the track is not perfect, as you see all the cars suspension move the same, + everyone does a manual setting on his car before every race.
