Addintional notes I noticed while getting better with the deck: For the last combo, your first 2 searches are *Baby Roc* and *Legatus* , so when you open with one of them (or both) instead of [ *Senatus* / *Tuner* ] that's stll full combo as you can seach the missing [ *Senatus* / *Tuner* ] instead of *Baby Roc* or *Legatus* .

@@alfredomurillomorante6782 Ik it’s been a year but there are 2 reasons I can think of as to why it wouldn’t activate. It only activates when you summon it using 3 dragons, but as long as you’re following this video then it should be fine. It also cannot trigger if the opponent has no cards in their extra deck, which is a problem I’ve ran into several times when practicing this deck in solo mode

I stuck mainly to the synchros cause trident can get rid of extra Deck stuff so I run it as a one of. Hope your channel grows even more!!! 10:49 It's pronounced oo-blee-et it's a tall narrow underground dungeon. In the artwork you can see Areidbhair throwing all the Ice Barrier Dragons in a pit after they stopped them from freezing the world so it makes sense as that and as a counter trap.

Your deck can very easily make Baronne De Fleur, Red Nova Dragon or Tyrant Red Dragon Archfiend also, even Red Supernova Dragon is possible mid/late game. You can use Guardragon Cataclysm and Ikarus Attack normal trap cards to pop 2 cards on your opponents field monster or backrow. Also how do you feel about 3 Ash Blossom to stun, 3 Dark Ruler No More, maybe 1 Forbidden Droplet, 3 Evenly Matched, 3 Lightning Storm or 3 Raigeki and maybe 1 Dark Hole or Lightning Vortex or Special Hurricane to sweep opponents board clean. Maybe side deck Harpie's Feather Duster, or 1 Twin Twisters or Cosmic Cyclone

Running Samsara Dragon really really boosts up the "bad" combo and basically eliminates the need for Vajrayana. I also like Fallen of Albaz as a target for Spheres as 1 or 2 more interactions depending on what you fuse into (if you're playing TCG this generally means Mirrorjade). Though I'm not sure you have room in your extra with your version of the combo.

Love this deck, even if the combos can be hard to memorise lol. Quick question, what am I supposed to do going first if my opponent shotguns Maxx C? Do I just hope that Spheres pass is good enough? Is there some other board I should go for that only uses a few summons? Or should I just go for everything and hope for the best?

There is a small argument to equipping seals with savage, since 600 attack wont make a big difference, but opponent can use called by the grave on your GY's 2nd copy of seals.

I do love the dragon boys - really appreciate the simple to follow combo lines that you put out. After playing the deck a few times how do you generally approach the dragon ravine hands by themselves (non-remus)? Do you attempt do go "Ravine + 3 Discards Full Combo" by searching for remus or like go for more conservative lines? Also fun fact about Dragunity Pronunciations (everythings awful and unintuitive don't blame anyone), Gae Dearg is "Guy Jerrak" (this one still pisses me off tbh), Oubliette is "OOB-lee-ette" and Areadbhair is "AIR-red-var". Still love the video made dragunity fun to build and learn.

@@3runvaggos drawing red eyes is actually really good, you just summon tempest off of atum and banish him with redmd's summoning condition. Make trish anyway just to banish from extra and banish a random card from your deck. Drawing tempest however is a gigantic pain in the ass 🤣 best thing you can do is get arma gram in grave to banish tempest to summon himself

Yes! Well, it's less of a variation, you just do the same exact combo and use destruction sword as discard fodder for the ravine. You can still summon the link 2 to use as fusion fodder for trish. Hope this helps fren

Have you thought about playing gold sarc? Banish tempest to search remus and also tempest plus a dragon can discard themselves for a remus in a worse case scenario i know its a massive negative but sometimes necessary. Also, have you tired whirlwind? Amazing card for going second since its like urgent schedule getting you bodies on board without comitting much. Been playing this deck for years and love it to bits glad to see others playing it too, playing the six solemns mained in my build since remus is a 1 card spheres and savage/crystal wing without normal summon. Tried the full buster engine too since normal isnt necessary but bricked a bit more but was very powerful.

I personally didn't like gold sarc because it hurts the combo quite a bit but i can definitely see the reason for playing it, and I tried whirlwind and it wasn't a bad card at all it just feels outclassed by your regular going second staples like dark ruler since some of these modern end boards are just ridiculous. I think whirlwind will be the way to go in a future format tho for sure, card is nuts

@@SparadoTCG Yeah i love whirlwind, tempted to pick up extra copies just incase it becomes a massive thing down the line but i like it in the side to put in knowing im going second. I get away with gold sarc and things like that because im playing a fairly different build to you with less bricks (if i draw red md spec tempest from deck insted then banish it to summon red and get additional search etc. but end on sphere + negate without normal or using the normal to push through handtraps) but a less powerful endboard. ending on just sphere + one of the negates and potentially the oubliette is better for meta due to the issue of losing badly to handtraps and leaves a lot of room in the extra deck for a second romulus and sphere to play a couple more turns allowing it to grind.

I was running 2 Phalanx and 1 Couse on Master Duel for a while and perfectly happy with that, but now that we have Small World I wanted to be able to use them for that to get to Remus without losing my single Couse.

In the fisrt combo when you summon Gae because of R-EDMD you say you can make a crystal wing cause u search and discard baby rock (supposing you already have the dragunity tuners in grave). The question is: how do you summon him not fucking up the combo for the final board? Ty for the attention and keep the great work!

At that point, i'd only Go into crystal if you have access to gram in grave, otherwise you have to sacrifice it for the seal in the end or don't make it at all

Could I recommend to you Dragunity Knight Luin. With that card in the extra deck I have found you can combo off without the use of glow at all letting me cut down on the copies of glow and only to use glow if I draw it or specifically get interrupted or as a hand fixer. That of course happens still but Dragunity knight Luin let's you equip it to a couse while you banish barcha with arma leyvaten. You can end on the board in the video plus Crystal Wing Synchro dragon and the counter trap can be the card you search instead of the glow. If you are interrupted and need to search glow you can still normally search the counter trap and just sacrifice the crystal wing from the endboard.

Its some weird ruling that equipping a monster is part of their effect so when you dark ruler the monster it'll drop the buster lock

senatus is a much better combo starter than dux, as it doesn't require any graveyard setup, but rather sets up the graveyard by itself, to a degree.

Edo pro and ygo omega are the best choices if you want an automatic simulator, if you'd rather have full control of the cards and play manually i recommend dueling book

Unfortunately there's no card that can do anything similar to TTT, but TTT is also not essential to playing the deck. You could try maining dark ruler or even dragunity whirlwind to help ensure you can still play if you lose the dice roll. Otherwise imperm is never a bad option

Just as question. Isnt This Deck a little weak against imperm? I just thought about the dragunitys being equipped and then getting impermed. And how does this deck compete against meta decks atm? Overall a pretty nice Decklist. as former Dragunity player I definitely love it to see that it got support and If Rokkets weren't a thing I definitely would play it again. Really great content from your side. If possible you could also post the decklist in the comments or sth so that at the end after the video and the combos your watchers could look it up.

Any handtrap can hinder your play with this deck but it has so many ways to extend it usually doesn't matter unless they draw multiples. The best advice I can give is hold onto your normal summon as long as humanly possible. To answer your second question the reason I think this deck can compete right now is because people are maining board breakers over handtraps while dragunity has a searchable counter trap. At locals the other day I never got hit by a dark ruler no more because of it. I'm really glad you enjoyed the content! I worked really hard to bring modern dragunity to life. Also I'll think about putting the list in the description, the reason I usually don't is because a lot of people will copy paste the deck list without watching the video, but I'll consider it Anyways thanks for the insightful comment 💙

If you play with the mindset that you are going to get handtrap and already expect it imperm alone doesn’t stop you. Aside from that you can Crystal wing on your 5th summon to get through Nibiru. So even though it isn’t Dragon link lvl crazy it shouldn’t be underestimated.

Maybe Draco Beserker Of The Tenyi or Vahram The Magistus Divinity Dragon, Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend, Hot Red Dragon Archfiend and Stardust Dragon are decent, Scarlight or original Red Dragon Archfiend especially because Nova Red Dragon is very easy to make with 2 level 2 tuners and 1 Scarlight or Red Dragon Archfiend

tempest is like the only true brick, but if you can get access to arma gram and tempest in grave you can banish tempest as cost for the summon. Won't always work out though

There's no replacement for TTT unfortunately but id recommend maining ruler to ensure going second or imperm for its versatility

Dragunity is definitely one of the best Dragon Archtype's in Yugioh, the best mix's with Dragonlink/Rokkets is Byssted, Dragunity or Red-Eyes by far
