As a pocket Dragunov player at Tekken Emperor, I use D3,2,1+2 because I get B4,2 SNK 4 if they try to move or DB3+4 if they don't. Gives big reward.

F3,1+2 is the one I use all the time, and slightly fake news my man on the damage front. I feel this one is the best because you're not giving up damage. Qcf4 is absolutely guaranteed on at the very least chip - the only solution here is quick back roll into block given the frames you've got. Not even yoshi can flash in time to avoid that.
