Lengkung transkonduktansi dari DMOSFET, klw depletion mode ada pd VGS (-), tetapi juga trdpt mode enhancement setelah melewati titik IDSS pd grs ID dg rumus ID sbgmna diatas, yg berarti VGS dpt (-) dan dpt (+). Pada grafik yg lain, yaitu grs ID (vertikal) dg VDS (horisontal) dan hubungannya dg VGS, menunjukan yg mana VGS juga boleh (-), boleh (+). Tetapi khusus utk DMOSFET dpt diterapkan tegangan-muka nol (zero bias)......?! Trim's dg semua informasinya...!!, apa sdh cukup ?!
