We pipe your pollutants down stream during the growing season. After the crop is harvested, you get to keep your pollutants. This is so you do not get polluted by the expensive chemicals you bought during the growing season! But everyone else down stream does! Hey? What the hell is wrong with you? USDA? Wake up! This system is probably clogged most of the time! Who ? What farmer is going to waste his time trying to manage a horrible design? And yes i have a better idea! Get out of the way USDA!
