@@EnderElohim I think he means that nearly all gameplay mechanics from pve to pvp, have aspects of RNG. You almost never get an equal value for effort. They did that so players would spend 5 hours on completing 1 task, compared to many western MMO's where you would only spend 1 hour completing a similar task. TBH it's just the Korean way of doing things when it comes to MMO's. I'm not too bothered by it because I only play bdo casually. The time and effort you spend in this game getting your gear to Pen, or grinding silver to get pen gear, you could have multiple alt's max geared in western mmo's.

Go play something else then if you don't like the quick combat Grandad. Combat is perfectly fine, you have to be quicker with your reaction speed, skills to counter other classes skills. That's the beauty of BDO. You sound like you're too old for gaming.
