Rio Claro river you have to swim to cross it or is there a shallow section to cross it?

It depends on the tide. At low tide you can walk across. At high tide it can sometimes be a short swim, especially during rainy season. However, if Ricardo is at his house you can give him a shout and he can bring a canoe over to get you.
