No one should ever be giving Drake a hard time for being open and vulnerable. He's one of the most courageous artists for putting himself out there like he does.
@dcordial110 жыл бұрын
the real question is how much is he really putting himself out there. his old music, like this, maybe so. Todays music, he is just busting out records for the sake of sounding good, which i dont blame him, just makes me question the vulnerability these days.

I've always been a Drake fan and I always felt that way about him. What you all need to understand that he didn't have ghostwriters writing his old songs, like this one? he wrote all by himself. If he starts writing his own music like he used to, we'd get the same results today

That's true I guess but I mean the reason why I like Drake is because he can create songs to party to like Hotline Bling or Headlines but he can create emotional songs like this one or Doing it Wrong. I like that he can also spit bars like 9 A.M in Dallas or 5 A.M in Toronto
@Moshuun9 жыл бұрын
Drakes track selection was just more soulful back then. He still tells his truth but that 9th wonder, lil brother hip hop is just so amazing it deflates his new shit easy.
@xMindInfliction718x9 жыл бұрын
Moshuun exactly. that production he had earlier on was more diverse and soulful. Not sure if u listened to his first mixtape called room for improvement or not. Personally, I like drake over that type of production better. This couldve fit along those type of songs he was doing

Why do people get so offended when they hear the 'didnt cry when Pac died' line? He was nine years old when Pac died, he probably wasnt even into hip hop so much at that age. And thats what i think he tried to imply with that line too..

2008-2011 Drake was a fucking problem. His new shit is tight but this version of Drake was fucking raw.
