23:27 actually the Omnitrix morphs you into the peak physical and mental condition for that species you become, so it’d have no reason to give him a morph with a missing eye or pre-made scars. Whether battle scars linger after transforming is another matter entirely that I’m fascinated by now that you’ve brought it to my attention though
