This is a good intervention but how well thought through is it taking elderly into consideration.Did your project scope include how to compensate for those who are elderly,disabled or illiterate?Could you honestly expect a 70-80+ year elderly to go to his water meter with a mobile phone (if they are using one),taking a photograph,logging into an app and sending off a monthly consumption reading?Not all households have people assisting elderly people.Covid crisis is over and we still need municipal intervention to assist those who are incapable or illiterate.If the municipality is just going to say here is the app,it is now 100% your responsibility it is going to end up in more complications that anticipated for.We still need your involvement.
