Sry sir for messaging u but aapne video bnayi thi OBC NCL ki usmein apna bola tha average dekhi jaati hai pichle 3 years ki but there is no concept of average as per the dopt om 1993 3 years income individually check hoti and agar kisi pichlo 3 saal mein se 1 bhi saal 8 lakh se kaam ho then u are eligible for OBC NCL this is the real point.i have each and every person of OBC community, advocates, judges, NCBC etc so kindly rectify ur information no concept of average income

Sir, as always your lecture on Clash of Civilisations is simply brilliant , well articulated and enjoyable in simple language . Iranian president Hashemi ( !!) criticised the the thesis by saying , " Civilisations do not clash but Cooperate. "" Also , I read a book in my school days in late 50s or early 60 s " The Nature of Non Western World " by Vera Micheles Dean, perhaps then Under Secretary in Department of Foreign Affairs. The book was tilted slightly towards Supermacism . I bought the book from a road side second hands shop. I may have some good number of pages of that tattered book somewhere. If you read Art 368 for the amendment of the constitution, it clearly says that any amendment to Art 241 must be ratified by not less than one-half of the states. So, not only advice, but approval of states is mandatory.
