Hey forever family you may not read this but it’s worth a shot to put it anyway. So there’s this like healthy “food” that I would recommend for Alisson and it tastes really good, so you need a mason jar with a lid, you fill it up half way with any milk you want, then you put chia seeds like 4 spoons of it or more, then put honey as much as you want, then put as much fruits as you want but that’s optional. And put it in the fridge over night and u can have it before school. Hopefully you like this
