Hello 🤗 We had a slight hiccup with our Ecoflow (display screen). Anyway, just to let you know, we followed their instructions on how to return for repair. They were SO speedy - we packaged it up well, had it collected and returned within a week! V impressive customer service. Good luck and enjoy the rest of your trip - loving your vlogs 🥰 xx

I too have had excellent customer service. I’ve got back and returned it but still awaiting an update on the next steps. I’ll hopefully be able to do an update by the time I get some more Spain videos out 👍

I live up the road from Denia..a village near Pego...where there is an AIR if you are ever stuck for a park up...bout 20 mins from Denia..AIR is in Pego
