one thing i noticed about Pakistani artists that they put religion before humanity. Every Pakistani actor talk about the atrocities on muslim in india (which is partially not true) but not about the atrocities on hindus in Pakistan. And thing to be noted that they can only see atrocities of muslim in india why not in China. They comments so wisely I guess before talking anything about China. We have muslim leader singers actors engineer doctors etc. Salman, shahrukh, aamir the biggest names in indian industry are the greatest example of good situation of muslims as compare to hindus in Pakistan where day to day temples exploited and many more. I accept that there are communal riots in our country but we have something positive. But look at Pakistan Not a single hindu leading actor or singer or in any department even the population of hindus decreasing in Pakistan since 1947 till today and look at India Muslims are growing day to day in every field and give tough competition to every one because we give them opportunity as India is a secular and full of opportunities countries ❤ Faisal u r a good actor and I was really admire you even whole Pakistan but your one sided and biased mentality has make you fall from grace in my eyes

And the truth is the truth bro india never really aired our films there and here there were indian films and dramas okay there were some pakistani dramas aired in india but not to the level we used to show now they are banned here. Also what ever happens in Kashmir and the rest of the riots you talk about happen primarily on religious bases so how can one ignore that it’s not religious hatred.

And also see from which country the minorities are fleeing to other country saving themselves from persecution and from which not one minority member has fled the country fearing persecution?

Before partition, according to the 1941 census, Hindus constituted 14% of the population in West Pakistan (currently Pakistan) and 28% of the population in East Pakistan (presently Bangladesh). In 1947, Hindus constituted 12.9% of Pakistan, which made Pakistan (including present-day Bangladesh) the second-largest Hindu-population country after India After Pakistan gained independence from Britain on 14 August 1947, 4.7 million of the country's Hindus and Sikhs migrated to India in the 1951 census, West Pakistan (now Pakistan) had 1.3% Hindu population, while East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) had 22.05%. After 1971, Bangladesh separated from Pakistan and the population of Hindus and other Non-Muslims declined in Pakistan as Bangladesh's population was no longer part of the census conducted in Pakistan

Pakistani films are basically dramas/ art films I think they will do well in that category. @@janakpatel1926 no doubt I love my country but it doesn't mean I will support any wrong deed done by my state. Now as far minorities are being eliminated, first you need to understand that after migration due to partition Pakistan has a very very small number of religious minorities like Hindu n Sikhs. Secondly there are many other factors behind reducing numbers of minorities.Thirdly in every society minorities are always in danger, no society has ever been an ideal place for any kind of minorities. Now having said this I need to tell you that i never claimed Pakistan is heaven for minorities, we need to improve much for this, there are incidents that I m ashamed of but one thing I m proud is the elements against minorities are never backed by the state or media or society by large. This is what lacking in today's India n its unfortunate. Comparing with Indian Industry is flawed...India has 3-4 industries under a large FILM umbrella, Bollywood, Telugu, Bangali, Bhojpori catering to the needs of different culture and audiances...while in Pakistan you don't see such a thing...also, another thing is the religious aspect...accept it or not, NATAK, NAACH are part of their Hindu religion, so they get respect in any way you see it...while in Pakistan, you are considered Bhaand, Marasi etc. if you work in the entertaintment industry. plus, the content quality...India has produced low budget high quality content features. Raj Kumar Rao, Ayushman and Nawaz have worked in some extremely high features with minimum budget (they also complained about not getting the due share) but here you don't see..why don't you make more movies with original humor like Na Maloom Afraad, or Spy thrillers like Operation 021, why are you confined with drama writers writing stories for Films...there is a fundamental flaw withing...dynamics of your industry is not fitted well and the cultural extremism has also pushed it behind.

Wat a great conversation - I really had a good time listening - this is our #Pakistan and these are its people. I wish I’d be a part of u both! I agree with #FaysalQureshi on many topics but when he say #PunjabNahiJaaoongee #ActorInLaw #JawaniPhirNahiAani are great movies, I must say that he needs to understand the meaning of “great” Yes, one of the reasons is #Indians respect their actors - unlike #Pakistanis You’ll hear #MahiraKhan in every interview talking about #ShahrukhKhan and his film, but you’ll never hear #ShahrukhKhan or any other actor talking anything about #MahiraKhan - Here I’d not agree with #FaysalQureshi cause u have seen the film actor#BradPitt in one series. پاکستانی فلموں میں #MahiraKhan MehwishHayat #HumayunSaeed کے پیکیج کے علاوہ کوئی اور ہوتا ہی نہیں۔ Maybe that’s one of the reasons #Pakistanis don’t prefer watching #Pakistani movies. As far as cheap vulgarity like live-in relationship/kissing is concerned, #Pakistani dramas do not have to show that. اگر وہی سب دکھانا ہے تو پھر ہندوستانی فلم دیکھ لو۔گو کہ میں وہ بھی نہیں دیکھنا پسند نہیں کرتی۔ But I agree with #JunaidAkram- پاکستانی ڈراموں نے ہر رشتہ گندا کردیا ہے۔سالی-بہنوئی اور دیور-بھابی کے مزاق کو غلاظت میں بدل دیا۔اوپر سے امریکہ اور دیگر بیرونی ممالک نے #MeToo کی وجہ سے باپ بیٹی اور ماں بیٹے کے رشتے کو بھی انتہائی غلیظ بنا دیا۔ #FaysalQureshi you’re a great actor and I once was a die-hard fan of yours, but I’m so happy u didn’t get to work for #Parizaad it’s always better to give chance to every actor. And I loved the idea that somebody chose #AhmedAliAkbar to prove his talent. اُس بیچارے کو اتنے گھٹیا ڈرامے دیے گۓ ہیں۔اور ڈرامے ہی گھٹیا ہو تو اداکار کیا کرے۔ #AhmedAliAkbar and his #Parizaad is incomparable! #FaysalQureshi this is the biggest mistake #Pakistanis are making - ہماری عوام کو MoneyHeist جیسے ڈرامے نہیں دیکھنے۔ہمیں وہ دیکھنا ہو جو ہمارے دل کے قریب ہو۔جو relatable ہو۔ #FaysalQureshi just to make a correction: غیبت/چغلی کرنے والا ایسے ہے جیسے اپنے مردہ بھائی کا گوشت کھانے والا۔اور اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ بہتان بازی کبیرہ گناہ ہے۔ Thank u for pointing out that #Pakistan hasn’t created a single biopic movie. Such a shame!

I like to watch these type of podcast where two experience people talking with each other in a pin drop silence room. This is very calm and healthy discussion which I have ever seen in JB podcast. On the other hand, Faisal Bhai is the very unique and versatile actor he is very patriotic man. I love you both and lots of respect both of you from the bottom of my heart.

I really appreciate Junaid Ji and Faysal Ji. This was a wonderful interview or rather conversation, it was so absorbing to listen to. I have such respect for Pakistani actors. They are so realistic and have such humility and intelligent engagement with their profession. I am so glad that Faysal Ji, Fahad Ji, Zahid Ji and Sami Ji have never worked in Bollywood. I have seen Fawad Ji, Imran Ji and Mahira Ji in Bollywood films and have felt so bad for them. They were put in roles that were well below their level and in many ways still out-shone the Bollywood main leads they were acting opposite. Mahira is great in Raees but the film is unwatchable because of the rubbish story and Shahrukh's half-hearted effort. The only thing I really loved was Hindi Medium with Suba Ji. I felt that she was given real respect by the filmmaker and she was absolutely wonderful. I hope that the recent move into Hollywood will not replicate the Bollywood experience. Ms Marvel is generally good, Fawad Ji, Mehwish Ji, Nimra Bacha Ji and Samina Ahmed Ji were respectfully included and the content is wonderful in this franchise. I am, however, very worried about what will happen when Humayun Ji appears as Princess Diana's lover in The Crown. This role could be badly handled by the perspective that likes seeing the sexual exploits of Diana. There is real titillation around it in the US and UK. I am dreading the series as I am fairly sure that the Pakistani public will find this stuff palatable and I worry for Humayuon Ji. I hope that the Pakistani public will remember that it is their lack of love, respect and care towards their actors/stars that propels them toward Bollywood/Hollywood in the first place because appearing there is what makes the Pakistani awaam respect them. I love the Imitation Game! He is also great in an English Film called Tinker, Taylor Soldier Spy - amazing!! Thank you both for sharing your time and perspective.

The major downfall of cinemas in whole world is because of internet, people have now a lot of choices to watch such as on KZbin, Netflix etc.. Other than that, because of busy life, people like shorter videos content now such as now the rise of Tiktok content.. Entertainment is everything, people will get it from anywhere, not from a particular movie etc
