This is a business, and it's not for the modell girls well -being. It doesn't matter, that the modell likes her long hair, or not. And the same is true about clothes, weight. It's a cruel world.

the problem wasn't that the hair was short, it's that it was a bad haircut for your own hair.. it's not a natural looking haircut and it's pretty much only good for the photoshoot which they could have gotten the same result with a wig.. yeah, her hair wasn't long to begin with but that was an unwearable short haircut
