The plaintiff says he’s a simple guy who likes to keep to himself, but ever since he started dating the defendant, his life has been nothing but drama and negativity. He’s suing his ex-girlfriend for wrecking his car. The defendant claims their relationship was full of drama because the plaintiff cheated. She insists her grandmother is the one who crashed the plaintiff’s car, so he should be suing her.
