I completely agree with feeling more relaxed ! I was on my second round auditions this year and my last audition I went in thinking I wasn’t getting in and I was so so relaxed and I did gain a place at my dream school ! My advice from now it relax and try not to think about it !! Love your videos! X

Ahhh I have an online recall/interview for the world performance course next week >. < so glad to hear that you are enjoying it! Do you have any tips or advice for me? It's my last chance of getting into a drama school this year too... So I had given up hope for 21 but now I'm kinda nervous.

Well done! Best tips are to be yourself, have fun and be really open to whatever they throw at you! World Performance is really about embracing new things and playing with them so enjoy it and they will see you having fun!

@@kayleighbrookewaterman8892 Heya, I've been offered a place for the world performance course :) And I just wanted to ask how much focus lies on learning and practicing acting? Because I'm really excited for the other stuff too but in the end it's a lot of money and I'm kinda scared that I won't be able to act and learn about the basics as much as I would like... Sorry for coming to you with all my questions... I don't really know other students in that course atm :) I hope your having a great day!

@@LMaKr Congratulations! You have acting classes in first year as well as voice, articulation and movement which all help acting technique. You also do text work in first year with monologues/duologues for acting techniques. Then you do a smaller scale show at the end of first year. In second year you focus more on the World theatre techniques, some of which will help acting technique too. Fortunately, I had quite a bit of acting training before so I don’t feel like I lack this from the course☺️ I hope this helps!

Well done on your successful audition! I'm hoping to audition for East 15 next year after my gap year in which I want to work and get further experience in preparation for drama school, youth theatre and my LAMDA exams etc. Have you got any advice for preparation/ what experience did you have (or gain in your year out) before applying that helped you? xx

Hi, did you write a tailored personal statement/CV for each drama school? I’m auditioning on Zoom this year. Also how come you didn’t consider any unis?

Hello! I did the same personal statement as I applied to all acting courses but tailored interview answers to each specific school if they had an interview section. However, if I was to audition now, I think I would possibly adjust a few sentences of my personal statement specifically for each school/ course! I knew I wanted to go to drama school from the get go rather than doing a drama degree as they are very different styles of degree and course - but make sure you look into the structure to make sure you pick the right one for you☺️ Break a leg with the zoom auditions!
