How people couldn't see that Chrisean's aggression (at least in part) directly had something to do with HIM and NOT the other way around, is astounding to me. I don't remember everything about my health class but one thing I remember very clearly are those lessons on mental, physical, emotional, and financial abuse; I remember how they work and how it affects the person it's inflicted upon. Some of us even have first hand experience. I'm glad she was able to find the strength to get away. I feel for him, I’ve been through that so many times and in 2020 I almost let my depression take me out as well. What he said was so real because when I was about to down a bottle of pills I heard that strong voice tell me that it will be ok and don’t end it, to continue trying to live. That was the most powerful shit I’ve heard in a while. That was God speaking to me or I personally think it was my grandmother, either way it stuck with me and I finally went out and got some help. I pray and hope he finds happiness within himself.

D&Z family… I am not familiar with them. But it touched my heart and had me in tears. My daughter’s killed himself( self inflicted gunshot wound to the head) He reaches out to me and told me he was going to do it. I never in a million years thought he would and til this day, it still messes with me. Mental health is a real thing. Thank you for addressing/acknowledging this issue.
