I dont agree he is an arrogant entitled man and he doesn't belong with Peony but he doesn't want to be the Princess dog either he wants to work like any other man. She wants him just to care about her and shes a monster. She was going to cane the servants 80 times and Peony 40 and that means she was going to kill them. People could barely survive 20 hits. She disregards everything he says and made his 50 year old mom kneel and she wasn't even his wife yet.He doesn't want to be a kept man he thought she knew that but she doesn't care. They even talked about him wanting to earn a living but she just wants to give him things like he's her mistress. If you are keeping up with the show you can see how horrible she is.
