In MRCPCH clinical exam there's a separate breaking bad news communication station where we don't take further history; it's just communicating the bad news. When do we say this at such circumstances?

There is no right or wrong place to say this - even if you are not taking a 'history' you are likely to have a few questions before starting the BBN. There will likely be an appropriate place to say this in this period

But wouldnt we be too far along the consultation to include this What if we have given him diagnosis and then we ask him if he needs anyone in the room

You’re never too far in as long as it is done appropriately. Please don’t follow a scripted line however.
