Sir, I am Nazir from Pakistan. I am now 62 yrs. I have spinal stenosis since 2008. There was numbness in left foot and pain in calf. Maximum walk or standing time was 15 min. This numbness and pain later shifted to right leg. Then it remain changing and sometimes both legs. Later the problem reduces considerably. Now a days I can walk about 3.5 km without numbness and pain in calf. But now that pain has started in upper right thigh and sometime knee also. right arm also have pain sometime. Pain is bearable most of the time but some time I have to take NSAID and muscle relaxant. MRI report of 2008 and 2010 are available with me but films I have missed somewhere I watched many your of videos on you tube that is why leaving this long comment. I want to contact and send report to you for advice. What is the procedure. Kindly reply I will be grateful

@@DrAshwaniMaichand Sir, thank you very much for reply. I consulted three doctors none has advised for fresh MRI. All three of view to continue conservative management and avoid surgery till bladder and bowl problem starts and advised NSAID Muscle relaxant and gabapentin. Although I am able to manage better but restricted quality of life with off and then use of medicine from last 15 years, but after watching your videos and consulting three doctors as said above I am confused that which approach is better either delay surgery till conservative treatment work or immediately go for surgery as you normally suggested in videos. Kindly guide
