I am a qualified Nutritionist and I work with clients every week to help them lose/gain weight. I help people with sports nutrition, intolerance, meal plans, dietary condition etc. I studied for 4 years in Dublin institute of technology (DIT) I got a Bachelor of science honors degree in Nutriton. I have a diploma in Nutrition which I got in 2013 and a Higher diploma in sports nutrition which I received in 2015.

Just bought Twig today - it's already a favourite!! I love the mauve nudes and always tend to go for those for some reason, a little extra tip for anyone who buys twig or already has it, the Satin Mauve lipliner by essence (which is amazing) is a perfect match!!! I love your videos!!!! So entertaining and educational. I'm from America and love hearing your opinion. I always watch your reviews on new products before I purchase. I need some advice though. My cousin is getting married next month. My sister is doing her makeup but since my collection is.......well let's just say it has more options lol, I'm providing the makeup. Depotting for days it's America and Canada only - apparently in the UK it's free if you spend £40 instore and it's a choice of 6 shades (where's in North America there's not purchase and any shade)

I love how passionate you are talking about lipstick! especially what each one makes you feel like when you wear them. I know so many people that don't understand, but I totally get it. I really like how you explain and mention how makeup will look on all different skin types. Thats why i subscribed to you. I bought Velvet Teddy for my first MAC lipstick last week and was gobsmacked how similar it was to at least 5 of my lipsticks here at home. A bit underwhelmed really. So I ordered last night Kinda Sexy with the dervish lip pencil and got a free lipstick called Pink Plaid. I'm hoping these will be different, but still love the formula.

I was on holiday in Poland on a school trip, and I went to Mac and bought Velvet Teddy because I heard everyone talk about it, this was the first Mac lipstick I ever bought btw.. and when I came home I was so upset because it is the exact same to MUR gold lipstick chauffeur.. I'm pale but I think my lips are too naturally pigmented or something all nudes and very very light pinks look exactly the same pinky/browny colour on me - very like how the velvet teddy looks.I bought creme cup because I love it on Aisling and she's always talking about it but it's just dark browny pink on me ☹️

i dont like "nude" nudes on mysellf...i like brown or pink nudes. my faves are brave, twig, faux, mehr, creme in your coffee, velvet teddy, viva glam 2, syrup, whirl and captive. people can say what they want about mac, but their lippies and pigments are some of the absolute best!!
