This kind of discrimination exists in Canada, especially with new immigrants who are very well qualified and who look for white collar/ corporate jobs/ roles. Indian immigrants are brutally taken advantage off by getting under paid below the market range. When Indian immigrants apply for leadership roles at small, medium, or large corporations, they still get discriminated during the application process, while they get hired at very entry level roles that pay peanuts! This is from my personal experience.
@FGC573 жыл бұрын
@Mystic Editor The market is hot 🔥 here in GTA, each candidate is having 3 to 4 offers in hand. But it also depends in which field you are into. However, the bias still exists if the white people are the hiring managers.
@freshbreeze69553 жыл бұрын
@Mystic Editor The situation is excellent here for work and studies. You are not judged on your race or skin colour, but on your ability. Canada did not shut it's doors on immigrants, look no further than the USA when Trump was president and you will see how he closed the doors, especially if you were of mid-east decent...

Maybe that person had to work a janitor job in order to save for what they really want to do in life or waitress and a second job to be able to buy a house or just to put food on the table. People should not be steriotyped bc of the actions of where that person is or race is or What has been done. I wish it was always like that if there was a situation that bad. I had to work ten times harder because I was the foreign one. They put me into the lower classes just because of my name even though I had the highest scores. But I managed to find a way to get through this and attend the classes I had qualified for. I had to fight so hard and then, when it finally paid off, my health deteriorated because of all the stress. I had not only school but also sports training, music school and other activities I had the opportunity to attend to work on my talents. All of this, for nothing, at least for now, because I can't do anything except for work somewhere at a office that accepts my chronic condition I've developed due to all of this. I've never told my parents, they had enough to deal with themselves. So I was pretty much alone with all of this, plus the pressure of my family for me to succeed in every way, because they know how I am. Now, I'm a failure. And I hope for everyone out there to not end up like me. Please talk to your parents, and if not possible like me, then find anyone to talk to. It's not fair to anybody. Please take care of yourself, treat yourself the way you deserve - because you are a blessing to the world ❤️

And I totally agree with him admiting the kid of the racist dad, because that way he will be educated properly aand taught how toxic racism is for our lives.

As always, amazing story and great end! I believe that such videos can be a great resource of moral education for this new generation, who's not into books/fairy tales (used in the past to teach moral lessons and lead to reflections and entertainment).

Racist comes when the child learns if from the parents. Remember children are innocent they become what they see and are around
