When I first started watching this episode, I am thinking it was a shame that you did not have Serj Avakian play Ethan, but Max did an excellent job with that role. The actor that played the woman coach was well written and well acted -- excellent job. I was very disappointed in the beginning that you had Denis Tuchkov play Mr Irons. He always plays the compassionate authoritarian so well. In this episode he played a gym owner that only wanted to increase revenue at the gym. He came through at the end, which really enhanced the role of Mr Irons and made him very heroic. The episode was very enjoyable and satisfying in the end. Also the sound and soundtrack were perfect, along with the photography. Thank you DramatizeMe!

*Rips up card* 8:35 "There was no training, which means he was injured somewhere on the street." 8:41 "But it's your fault." "Yes he's right. A real coach should find an approach that suits every single client's ability." Even if he riped the card or he was being recorded (9:55), his plan wouldn't work anyway. It's a gym. There's probably tons if witnesses who saw you train him.

Being a gym coach u should have attended a training course before hand and certified, not just having big muscles and having the clients following your mood. Sadly this is happen in real life, I often dealt with gym trainers who decided what I should do with my body & not what I actually want. They tend to forget that "fitness" is about one's wellbeing mentally & physically, and not everyone aims to build muscle at the gyms

Her confidence to lift the same weight as him is ultimately what led him to cheat and change the weight up. It's actually a fear based response on his part, that she might be as strong as him (which is really nothing to be scared of).

Alright i would like to point out some things. 1. She is wrong about most exercises. dont give up when you are tired. 2. The people that stay skinny are the ones who give up when they feel like it 3. a drill sergeant is what some people might need. someone to motivate you to keep going. whats wrong with the man 1. Too much drilling 2. too much pushing after several warnings 3. making fun of women What does this video learn you: That women no matter their gender can still be knowledgable of human anatomy. otherwise there are no proffesionals who, lets say know about frog anatomy. because they are not a frog they cant be a proffesional about it? no so yes the message in this video is correct

If you're tired, you may need to relax the muscles and a take a breather for a few seconds, especially when challenging yourself, then try again a few more times. Challenge yourself and push yourself when you're getting tired for a little while, but not to the point of strain or exhaustion. For me at least, it's good for me to get my heart going, take a breather for a few seconds, and go. That first increase heart rate is usually when I breath the hardest, then once it gets going, the workout is easier. Sometimes I do have to stop myself to give my muscles a rest and take a breather, then I go again. Also don't let your heart slow down to much when you take your breather, or you'll have to start all over again.
