Came back to your video just to say I watched this video and followed the steps and I got accepted to the unis I applied to! Thank you so much!! I wrote my PS last minute and my teachers weren’t of much help. This video was perfect and all your advice was amazing. For people applying I’d say follow her tips and also make sure you get people to check your statement. Start writing it early one. The earlier you write it the less you’d stress about it and rush it. Also, start preparing for interviews now and do extensive research on the subject you want to study. Good luck everyone!!

@@RupiDoe don’t mention this AT ALL. This will make you look like a liability and the person reading your statement won’t think you’ll be able to cope with the pressures of the university. You have to come across as confident, all the things you’ve done which can help you during your course at university. If you haven’t done anything due to being off school then do stuff NOW. Go go go

@@ebiz2085 complete bullshit. universities are far more interested in your academic potential than in your character traits. plus, universities and ucas write EVERYWHERE that you should mention extenuating circumstances that hindered you to fulfill your full potential. i'd say mentioning your time off at school etc. would actually rather increase your chances of admission than diminish them.
