Thanks alot from the bottom of my heart, Sir ❣️❣️ As you posed a question at the end of this video Which principle you think that's no longer relevant in today's business environment. - I would say : 1. Subordination Of Individual Interest To Gen Interest 2. Initiative I'm not saying these are not relevant but they are getting low as you said of initiative, this stands true in case of subordination as well. And the why for that I believe is in all 14 principles Initiative & Subordination Is Individual Choice. We can only motivate workers to work but can't make them do so & same true for initiative. That's my point.
