Sir in centralization u mentioned that minor decision liye ja skte hain. But at the end u told that daily routine decisions are taken in decentralisation and big decision like merger, acquisition are taken in centralization ???? major decisions are taken in centralization???

Minor decision are like routine decision which can be taken in centralised structure but the power is centralised so you need approvals however decentralised structure gives you more freedom to do things .. still it depends how much power is given to you ..
