naming and labelling things... might help some people as per freud... as we generally look for the reasons... and unintentionally relate with it... but as far as i am concerned... this whole theory actually wants us to check on ourself rather than finding something out... our truth lies within us... and it is "us" or "me" can do something for "ourselves" or "myself"
