We are preparing pancakes!
For 1-2 servings:
* Potatoes - 200 g
* Onion - 50 g
* Garlic - 5 g
* Dill - 5 g
* Bacon - 70 g
* Egg - 1 pc.
* Flour - about 20 g (see by consistency)
* Salt, pepper
* Vegetable oil
Grate the potatoes on a large grater, put them in a separate bowl and salt.
Finely chop the onion, dill and garlic.
Thinly slice the bacon.
Squeeze the excess water out of the potatoes, add the egg, flour and dill with garlic.
Put the bacon in a dry hot frying pan, distribute it and let it fry on each side for 1 minute.
Then spread the onion and fry it directly in the fat from the bacon until golden brown.
Add bacon and onion to the potato mix, season it with pepper and mix.
Heat the pan over medium, medium-high heat with vegetable oil. Spread the pancakes and fry for 4 minutes, turning over every minute.
