To add to this, some mistakes people may make in trying to fix gut health include: adding a probiotic to help with excessive gas and bloating (that's just one piece of the puzzle), eliminating a food for 4 days and expecting it solve the issue (will take at least 2 weeks), and not thinking about root causes!

most of the times it is ,now try ginger tea way better than regular tea, eat saunf also , drink lassi or dahi a lot ,drink water untill 1 hr before & after otherwise your food will remain undigested

With all due respect I just watched a documentary on meat, dairy and foods of that nature. So as much as I like cheese and Yogurt I question you recommending it. I still eat that stuff and I’m glad those recommendations were minimal. Doc is called What the Health.

Lime / lemon is good at night too. I accidentally discovered this and researched a little. I was hanging out with a couple of friends on 2 nights and i gave up on my habit of drinking alcohol switching it with natural mint lemonade without sugar. So i did this 2 nights in a row and i felt fantastic in the morning, ending up doing this every day.

Hi ma'am, I really like your videos and have benefited from few of your videos. I suffer from sluggish digestion since past 5-6 years. My Dr's say I have sluggishness of liver and enzymes are not secreted for digesting simple food. Can this condition be cured permanently and how?

Thank you, Doctor. I have acid reflux and GERD. Also my gall bladder was removed. I take a probiotic daily. Once in a while it feels like my food is not digesting as fast as it normally does. Thank you for the great video. I will try your suggestions. I try to eat healthy but I think perhaps I have't had enough fiber lately. So I will try your suggestions. Thank you!
