Sir mujhe L4-L5 disc bulge hai 7-8 year se. SLR mera better hai, khade nai Raha jata zyada der. Disc bulge right side hai aur leg me pain dono hota hai. Agar surgery ke level par na ho Meri problem to kya aap physiotherapy se bhi thik karte hain ? Aur apka hospital/clinic kahan hai? Please batayien.
