Sir mashallah your idea is best it is because in many colleges students are allowed to do cheating during board exam even they are provided with extra time during paper. By this they get more Marks which affect many students.

If selection is done primarily on the basis of MDCAT then the paper which now sold in 1 million will sell in 2 to 3 millions. Further, the students will relax and pay no attention to their education till 12th. They only focus on MDCAT. Your suggestion is not practical in Pakistan because they don't bother to sell even their IMAN
