What mouthpiece do you use and what is attached to the neck of your horn? A heavy mass device? Does it improve sound?

I used “Liushizhao” hand made mpc, it is a replica by vintage Beechler ARB. The piece on neck is help make better vibration,it works like more than 10% vibration but I don't think its necessary
