Wonderful tutorial! Thank you for sharing! I realized I wasn’t using the direct selection tool but rather the normal selection tool. Using the correct tool solved my problem, and that the branches need to be joined to the central hexagon to find the corners in the composite shape. I’m not terribly familiar with Illustrator and this was a rookie mistake. Thank you Drawbiomed, I have learned so much from your channel!

Hi Manas. When you use direct selection tool and zoom in at the corner, you can click and drag the Live Corners widget. You can follow the instructions here. helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/reshape-with-live-corners.html I can make a quick tutorial to show that if you need it. Just message me and let me know.

Actually, I am interested in your content because I wish to open an instagram account with scientific posts about medical and biological things that I learn (I am a medical student) but my drawing skills are... well... nonexistent so far and I also don't want to have copyright issues. So now I am trying to learn how to make my own drawings in PS and Illustrator, some to be more informative, some to be more eye-catching.

Hi! You can zoom in and check if there are more than 1 anchor points in that corner. Delete the extra ones and try again. Round corner widget only works on one corner. Let me know if it works :)
